For sale: 1/7th share 1974 A36 Bonanza - based in Seattle

BeechTalk - View forum - For Sale - Aircraft - www.beechtalk.com
Hi everyone - up for sale is a 1/7th share in a beautiful and well-maintained 1974 Bonanza A36, hangared at Boeing Field in Seattle (KBFI). The reason I'm selling my share is because I recently moved up to a Beech Baron 55.

Registration: N19RF

Year, Model: 1974 Bonanza A36

Serial Number: E-627

Asking Price: $17,500 for 1/7 share. You're actually buying a 1/7 share in a Washington State LLC, so there is no sales tax due on the transaction.

AIRFRAME:

- TTAF: 8,580 - plane is flown by other club members, so this will change.

- Usable Fuel: 74 gallons

- Useful Load: 1,288 lbs

- Empty CG: 76.85

- Annual: Next due April, 2019

ENGINE:

- Continental IO-520-BB

- 1,615 SFRM (reman date: 12/17/2007)

- GAMIjectors

- EDM-700 engine analyzer

- Hartzell 3-blade scimitar propeller

AVIONICS/RADIOS:

- Aspen PFD Pro 1000 primary flight display

- Bendix/King KMA-24 audio panel

- Garmin GNS-530W WAAS GPS

- Bendix/King KX-155 Nav/Comm

- Bendix/King KN-64 DME

- Bendix/King KR-87 ADF

- Garmin GTX-345 transponder with ADS-B in/out

- Century III autopilot with altitude hold and GPSS

- Intercom with AUX music input

Traffic/weather displays on the GNS-530W as well as on the Aspen PFD. The GTX-345 transponder can be paired via Bluetooth to your iPad.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:

- Cygnet Aerospace dual yoke just installed at April, 2018 annual

- LED landing and taxi lights with a pulse-lite system

- Pilot and co-pilot shoulder harnesses

- Digital tachometer

- 12V power outlets in the panel and mid-cabin

INTERIOR:

Six place leather interior in gray leather

EXTERIOR:

Overall white with blue, gray, and red stripes

PILOT REQUIREMENTS:

The absolute minimum (governed by our insurance) is 250 hours total time, 10 hours retractable time, and 5 hours in Bonanzas (any model Bonanza will do; it doesn't have to be an A36). If you don't have any Bonanza time, but otherwise meet the requirements, we do have an option nearby for getting some dual to meet the 5 hour minimum.

COSTS:

- $225/month club dues. This covers fixed costs, such as hangar, GPS database updates, base annual inspection cost, etc.

- $40/tach hour. This covers routine maintenance expenses during the year and any maintenance done during the annual inspection. In the time that I've been a member, there's been ample money to also help pay for upgrades (e.g., more than half of the dual yoke was funded out of this operating account).

- You pay for your own fuel. After your flight, return the airplane the way you found it - we fuel the airplane to the slots (64 gallons usable).

Cruise performance for me has been 155 KTAS on about 11-12gph LOP.

This has been an excellent way for me to get into my first airplane ownership. In 2017, I've put about 85 hours on the airframe, which was a lot more than I've been able to fly when renting.

This flying club has been in operation for more than 30 years, and N19RF has been owned by the club since 1987. We have scheduling policies that ensure fair access to the airplane - they don't limit how much you can fly, just how much ahead of time you can plan for your flying.

Asking Price: $17,500 for 1/7 share. You're actually buying a 1/7 share in a Washington State LLC, so there is no sales tax due on the transaction.
