Yamaha - Stator and LED light bar

Yamaha YFM660R Raptor (2001-2005) - Yamaha ATV Forum - www.bluetraxx.com
So right now on my raptor I think I have a bad stator. Wouldn't start unless I unplug the voltage regulator. So it still I plugged, battery dies quick. Wanting to replace the stator because it's annoying now. Also want to put a light bar on my bumper, still have to figure out how I will mount it. But the question is am I fine with a new "stock" stator or will the light bar require more battery power and I should upgrade to a higher power stator? And is it worth the money?
